程序

Can MinElute 96 UF PCR be used to purify PCR samples which contain mineral oil?
We do not recommend the use of samples containing mineral oil since mineral oil will not be removed during the purification procedure.

Can I use a partial MinElute 96 UF plate?

Yes, you may use part of the MinElute 96 UF Plate, and use the rest of the plate later. In contrast to silica membrane based plates, the unused part of the UF plate does not need to be taped off. We do not recommend to re-use MinElute 96 UF Plates more than 2-4 times.
