Product Details

Purify total RNA from a variety of animal tissues or cultured cells with the RNeasy PowerLyzer Tissue & Cells Kit. RNA isolation is fast and easy, with high-quality RNA ready for downstream applications such as RT-PCR and RNA-seq in 20 minutes from start to finish.

Using a bead-based homogenizer like the PowerLyzer 24 Homogenizer and lysis solutions, fresh or frozen tissues are lysed. RNA is collected in a silica spin filter to be washed and eluted. All reagents, water, tubes and spin filters provided are certified RNase-free.
