Product Details

ipsogen Standards可用于Rotor-Gene Q实时荧光定量PCR分析仪或其他real-time PCR仪的real-time PCR实验。这些即用型质粒DNA标准品已经过优化，能够对对照基因、融合基因或突变基因的转录本进行可靠、灵敏的定量检测。

Principle

ipsogen Standards可通过用含有靶基因的已知浓度质粒DNA稀释液生成标准曲线，而准确的定量检测对照基因、融合基因或突变基因的转录本的拷贝数。每个对照基因标准品包括特定基因的3或4个稀释液。

ABL：3个（每5 μl分别含有10³、10⁴、10⁵个拷贝）或4个（每5 μl分别含有10³、10⁴、10⁵、10⁶个拷贝）稀释液
B2M：3个（每5 μl分别含有10⁵、10⁶、10⁷个拷贝）稀释液
BCR和GUS：3个（每5 μl分别含有10³、10⁴、10⁵个拷贝）稀释液

每个融合基因标准品和突变基因标准品包含特定融合基因或突变基因的5个稀释液。稀释液中每5 μl分别含有10¹、10²、10³、10⁴、10⁵和10⁶个拷贝。
